Reach Oxford Scholarships for Dev. Countries [Fully funded]

Applications for the Reach Oxford Scholarships will be accepted through February every year. Students from developing countries are invited to apply. He or she must have secured a place for bachelor degree at the University of Oxford. All of the related expenses will be covered with this Reach Oxford Scholarship.

Scholarship Description

A number of Oxford colleges offer Reach Oxford Scholarships (formerly Oxford Student Scholarships) to students from developing countries who, for political or financial reasons, or because equivalent educational facilities do not exist, cannot study for a degree in their own countries. A number of these scholarships are granted each year to students who, for political or financial reasons, or lack of suitable educational facilities, cannot study for a degree in their own countries.

Value and Tenure

Each of the scholarship winners will receive an award covering tuition fees and college fees, a grant for living expenses, and one return airfare per year. The scholarship duration is 3 or 4 years depending on course length.

Eligibility and Criteria

This scheme is only suitable for candidates who have received an offer and who are of the highest academic ability. Financial need and social commitment are also major criteria for selection. Applicants should be intending to return to their country of residence at the end of their studies. Priority will be given to students who have not studied at the undergraduate level before.

Applicants’ Nationality

Applicants must be nationals of countries who receive official development assistance from the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)

2) If you have been offered a place at the University of Oxford for an undergraduate course for the year entry, you should read the Guidance notes and complete the Undergraduate scholarship application form online
