The POISE General Scholarships are available every year. This scholarship is specially targeted to students from Pittsburgh, PA, Allegheny County. To be eligible, they must be accepted or currently attend a two year or four year university, post secondary technical or trade school. Application are accepted bi-annually; spring and Fall cycle.

Scholarship amounts vary, typically between $500 – $1,500 per scholarship. POISE provides approximately 6 general scholarships per cycle.

To be eligible for POISE General Scholarships, the recipient must reside in Allegheny County and be accepted or currently attend a two year or four year university, post secondary technical or trade school.
