The London Opportunity Scholarship is available for UK students who have completed at least one UCL Widening Participation activity. In addition, they must already hold an offer of admission to UCL to study any full-time undergraduate degree programme for the 2019-2020 intake. Students’ household income is also compulsory consideration of the selection.
The London Opportunity Scholarship is open to students who have taken part in one of the University College London in the United Kingdom Widening Participation activities listed below. There are 20 scholarships are available for the 2019/20 academic session.
The award is £4,000 per year for the duration of the programme and is subject to satisfactory academic progress. The scholarship is awarded to cover maintenance costs.

Undergraduate degree in any field.

The study will be taken at University College London in UK.
Eligibility and Criteria
To be qualified for the London Opportunity Scholarship, students must:
- hold UK fee status;
- have completed at least one UCL Widening Participation activity;
- be holding an offer of admission to UCL to study any full-time undergraduate degree programme for the 2019-2020 intake (commencing in September 2019);
- have accepted UCL as their firm choice;
- have a household income of £42,875 or less
