The applications for the KSIR International Fellowship are now accepted. The selected fellows will spend up to three months in Korea for training or research in the field of interventional radiology. This fellowship covers the air-fare and minimum living cost. Please anticipate the deadline in May 24 each year.
Fellowship Description
The objectives of the fellowship are to promote clinical activity by Asian specialists in interventional radiology and to train them in Korean academic institutions. And it is also to contribute to the distribution and improvement of interventional radiology in Asia, encouraging mutual understanding as well as scientific cooperation.
Award Value
The visiting fellow will receive a grant from KSIR which includes minimum cost of living (30,000 KRW per day for 90 days) and air-fare. Regarding air fare, KSIR will reimburse economy class seats only, as specified on the electronic ticket, up to a maximum of 1,000,000 KRW.

Eligibility and Criteria
The following are criteria to be eligible in this fellowship award:
- Age: Participant may be up to 40 years of age.
- Career: Participant must be specialists with relevant training and experience.
- Language: Must have an excellent English score of TOEFL or TOEIC.
Applicants’ Nationality
Eligible applicants should be coming from one of the Asian countries.
