The purpose of the Gloria Mattera National Migrant Scholarship Fund is to assist financially those migrant youth who have the potential and the desire to further their education to achieve their personal and career goals.

To be eligible, the candidates must be entering or enrolled in college or other types of post-secondary programs, high school dropouts or potential dropouts.
