The Fulbright Foreign Student Program is open for you if you are a foreign student from Asia, Africa, the Middle-East, Europe, or the Americas seeking for a Scholarship from the Government to study for your Master’s degree, PhD or other Non-Degree programs. The program is Fully Funded by the US Government to study any academic discipline or study areas in the United States universities / Institutions or any partnering Binational Countries across the globe.
Scholarship Description
The Fulbright Foreign Student Program is meant to enable graduate students, young professionals, and artists from abroad to study and conduct research in the United States. The Fulbright Foreign Student Program operates in more than 160 countries worldwide. Approximately 4,000 foreign students receive Fulbright scholarships each year.
Award Benefits
The award is fully funded to cover tuition, research grants, travel expenses, living expenses, and health insurance.

Eligibility and Criteria
The Fulbright Foreign Student Program is open to students from all nationalities, eligibility considerations vary slightly by country. However, to be generally eligible for the program, students must:
- Be nationals of the participating Binational countries as listed in the Selection Process section.
- Have completed their undergraduate degree studies (or equivalent).
- Be qualified by merit or academic excellence.
