TRT World Fellowship Program is now open. This call is intended to any journalist from around the world. Recent graduates are also welcome to apply. They will take part in a journey in the international news landscape and meet an international team in Turkey.
Scholarship Description
As the TRT World family, we invite you to take part in our journey in the international news landscape and meet our international team. The TRT World Fellowship will appeal a number of talents including junior journalists and recent graduates who are interested in the opportunity of producing balanced news with a humanitarian focus. You will join a diverse group of individuals from around the world including journalists, editors, broadcasters, researchers and freelancers.
Award Value
The winning fellows will receive benefits as follow:
- Travel Scholarship
- A taxable stipend to cover the costs of living in Istanbul
- Participants will benefit from TRT World accommodations, services and counseling. TRT World’s associate producers will host Fellows.
Level and Area of Studies
Non – degree program in journalism field.
Place of Study
The program will be conducted in Turkey.
Eligibility and Criteria
- Be ambitious about journalism
- Be native in the English language
- Be in the early stages of their career
Applicants’ Nationality
There is no nationality restriction.
