Scholarship for Latino Students By Buenas Opiniones

The Buenas Opiniones offers a number of scholarships for Latino Students. High school and college students are welcome to apply. Those scholarships are offered bi-annually; Fall and Spring Semester.

About the Sponsor
Buenas Opiniones will support its scholars in a variety of ways including but not limited to personal, leadership and professional development opportunities, networking and mentorship opportunities, as well as financial and academic support to prepare its scholars to be the next leaders in their professions and communities.

The winner will receive $2,500 per year for up to four years.

Eligibility and Criteria

  • Must be of Hispanic Heritage
  • Minimum of 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent)
  • Plan to enroll in a technical, undergraduate or graduate school during SPRING or FALL of scholarship cycle year
  • Merit-based scholarships available for undergraduate and graduate students
  • All majors and graduate fields accepted

Applicants’ Nationality
All applicants must be Hispanic Heritage.
