NIH Undergraduate Scholarship is now open. The scholarship is specially available for U.S.A. citizen or U.S.A. permanent resident who undertaking undergraduate degree at accredited university in U.S.A. NIH Scholarship will support studies in the field of biomedical, behavioral, and social science health-related research. Successful applicants of this scholarship will receive $20,000 per academic year. The next application deadline is 18 March 2019.
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Undergraduate Scholarship Program (UGSP) offers competitive scholarships to students from disadvantaged backgrounds who are committed to careers in biomedical, behavioral, and social science health-related research.
The winners of this award may expect to receive up to $20,000 per academic year in tuition, educational expenses, and reasonable living expenses to scholarship recipients. Scholarships are awarded for 1 year, and can be renewed up to 4 years.

All candidates are expected to meet the following requirements;
- Enrolled or accepted for in a full-time student at an U.S accredited institution
- Undergraduate University Grade Point Average of 3.3 or higher.
- Having ‘Exceptional Financial Need’
U.S.A. citizen or U.S.A. permanent resident only.
