John Hawkes Scholarships at the University College London

The University College London in UK is offering annual scholarships namely John Hawkes Scholarships. Those scholarships are available for any student pursuing MPhil/PhD research in Pure Mathematics in the Department of Mathematics at the university. Maximum three students will be selected as winners.

Scholarship Description
The primary purpose of the award is to support third-year Pure Mathematics PhD students; however, where no suitable candidate(s) are found for all or part of the funds available, scholarships may be awarded to first- or second-year Pure Mathematics PhD students.

Award Value
The winners of the John Hawkes Scholarships may expect to fund in total £12,000 per annum. Scholarships may be held for a maximum of three years.

MPhil/PhD research in Pure Mathematics.

Place of Study
The study will be taken in the Department of Mathematics at the university College London, UK.

Eligibility and Criteria
All students registered or accepted for MPhil/PhD research in Pure Mathematics will be considered for the scholarship.
