The University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom is offering the Deng Yaping Sports Scholarship Programme for undergraduate and master students at the university. They must be a National Level B athlete or better. Please note, only students from China are invited to apply.
Scholarship Description
The Deng Yaping Sports Scholarship offers Chinese national students an opportunity to combine an international education at Britain’s global university*, with performance sport opportunities across Europe. Scholarships on offer for 2019 entry: 2 x Masters scholarships and 4 x Undergraduate Scholarships.
Award Value
Masters Scholarships:
- 2 x full tuition fee scholarships including £12,180 subsistence for full-time Masters-level study (excluding MBA and MRes)
Undergraduate Scholarships:
- 2 x £5,000 tuition fee scholarships for each year of study of a full-time degree
- 2 x £6,000 tuition fee scholarships towards the tuition costs of a Study Abroad/Presessional English language programme
Level and Area of Studies
Undergraduate and master degree in any discipline.
Place of Study
The study will be taken at the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom.
Eligibility and Criteria
In order to be eligible for this Deng Yaping Sports Scholarship, students must meet the criteria below:
- They must be a National Level B athlete or better.
- The applicants of the University of Nottingham – Deng Yaping Sports Scholarships in UK, 2019 must be categorized as an international student for fee purposes.
- Applicants are required to hold an offer for a full-time degree at the University of Nottingham.
- The course study commences in September 2019.
- Applicants must not be current students or graduates at the University of Nottingham campus.
Applicants’ Nationality
Only the citizens of China are invited to apply.
